I wish to acknowledge the very professional manner in which the men of one of your roofing crews conducted themselves during the installation of my new roof last July 23. Albert, Mike, Terry and Ryan were very polite, well-organized and extremely efficient. I was especially impressed by the way they carefully removed the furniture and accessories from my patio, covered the floor with tarps and then replaced all the items as they had initially found them! My property was left in an impeccable state and all I had to do was admire my new roof! I would also like to mention that I appreciated the time you took to explain the GAF Weather Stopper Roofing System and the difference between your product and CRC and IKO shingles. It was quite a shock when I learned that I needed to replace 12 year-old shingles as I had been told that they would last for 20 years! I now have peace of mind knowing that I have lifetime protection on the entire roofing system. - Linda
